Shipping and Returns

Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, except on Fridays after 1pm or weekends, when orders are shipped on Monday.

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) and Federal Express. We offer:

  • Ground (5-7 business days)
  • 3-Day
  • Next Day Service
  • Ground to Canada
  • International Parcel Post
  • International Expedited

Shipping & Handling rates for Ground (5-7 business days) service within the United States is based on order amount:

$0 - $25.01: $6.00
$25.01 - $50.00: $8.00
$50.01 - $99.00: $10.00
Over $99.00: Free Shipping

For orders shipped within the Continental United States, we offer Free Shipping on orders over $99 when shipping via Ground (5-7 business days).

3-Day and Next Day Service is based on your zipcode and weight of shipment, and is calculated for you during checkout.

Shipping and Handling Rates for Ground to Canada is based on weight:

Up to 2.99 lbs: $20.00
3.00 to 3.99 lbs: $26.00
4 to 5.99 lbs: $34.00
6 lbs and up: $44

Shipping and handling charges do not include duty or taxes which vary from country to country. The package recipient is responsible for all local duty and tax charges presented at the time of delivery. Although we most often see arrival of package within 6-10 business days, we can not guarantee an arrival time.

Shipments to all other countries are shipped via UPS Worldwide Saver (SM). Shipping costs will be shown at time of checkout. Although we most often see arrival of package within 6-10 business days, we can not guarantee an arrival time.

WhatEveryBabyNeeds.com currently ships to the following countries: Australia, Canada, France, Japan, United Kingdom.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.

Refunds, Exchanges and Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift from WhatEveryBabyNeeds.com, simply send it back within 30 days of receiving the package for a full refund of the purchase price, or equal exchange. Returns received by WhatEveryBabyNeeds.com after the 30 days will receive store credit.

WhatEveryBabyNeeds.com will gladly accept exchange any item of clothing, toy or accessory for the same or a similar priced product provided that the product;

  • Has not been worn or used
  • Is still in the original packaging
  • Still has the original tags attached

In the event we no longer have available the item you want exchanged, we will call or email you to offer either a refund or gift card for the amount of the purchase price.

You will receive a refund of the purchase price less applicable shipping and gift wrap charges. If you received the item as a gift, you will receive store credit for the amount of the item.

Damaged Items

If the item you received was damaged, you must first call us within 30 days of the shipment date either by phone at 1-866-573-2644 or email at returns@whateverybabyneeds.com to receive a Return Authorization number. If you do not first received an RMA, we will not provide a refund for the damaged item. We will refund the price of the item, any tax and shipping charges for damaged items.

Before You Send Your Return or Exchange

In order to receive a refund, credit or exchange you must contact us within 30 days of the shipment date either by phone at 1-866-573-2644 or email at returns@whateverybabyneeds.com to receive a Return Authorization number.

NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL OR A COPY OF THE PACKING RECEIPT ENCLOSED.

Packing and Sending Your Return

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number (RA).

1. Call 1-866-573-2644 or email us at returns@whateverybabyneeds.com to obtain a Return Authorization number.

2. Please include the following information when you call or write us:

  • Ship to Name and address
  • Order Number
  • Items being returned
  • Reason for return

3. Upon receipt of the request customer service will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA).

4. Place the items in the original package or in an appropriate package for shipping along with the original packing receipt and return it to;

Be sure to include your return address and the Return Authorization number (RA) on the box on or near the shipping label.

Receipt of Your Return

What Every Baby Needs will notify you via email of your refund or credit once the item has been received and processed. We will credit your credit card within 14 business days of our receiving and processing your return (excluding any shipping or gift wrapping charges), or will email you with a gift card code for the amount of the item(s) if the item was a gift.

If the item is being returned for a refund or exchange because we made a mistake on your original order we will refund your shipping and gift wrap charge as well.

Items being returned to us that are lost or damaged in shipment to us will not be processed for refund.

Tracking and Insuring Your Return

What Every Baby Needs recommends that you purchase insurance and track the returned item. Major carriers such as the US Post Office, UPS and FedEx provide insurance and tracking options.

If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Please note: the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.
